Spinach and Eggs - Food for College
For those of you who asked for cooking tips for college, and you know who you are, here is an easy and tasty breakfast.
Scrambled Spinach
Take a good bunch of frozen spinach, and microwave it on high for 3 minutes. It doesn't have to be completely thawed.
Spray a skillet with Pam, heat it, and add the drained spinach.
Sprinkle the spinach with soy sauce - use plenty of it, and add some hot sauce if you want.
Sautee the spinach until most of the liquid is gone.
Beat 2 or three eggs in a bowl, and add them to the sauteed spinach, stirring to mix.
Cook until done.
